The idea of Human Rights in Western Europe - basically consisted of a string of individual rights and formed in the process of solution when an individual has trouble with the nation- is unknown to the African tradition. Individuals are assimilated into groups in here, so the rights in traditional meaning are inevitably combined with duty. Traditional African law system admits that certain rights are basic and can never be infringed. It is the Right to Life that holds the highest position. Traditional and religious thought asks imperative attitude towards the life, towards animals' as well. People who kill animals not for food or defence in necessity are exiled. Right to Religion is also under protection. Religious belief is handed down to the younger generation from the respective old in the society. Unifying and agreeing to each other on a certain idea are carried without reserve, especially in the way of religion, culture or game. Right to Move is sacred principal so only the danger that can be occurred while moving is considered, if there is a restriction.
