Commission and European Court on Human Rights according to the Article 19, European and Ministers' Conference of European commission according to the Article 32, are responsible for preservation and protection of Human Rights.
The existing Ministers' committee that was organized before concluding the convention is a guidance organization of European commission. This committee is composed of the ministers of foreign affairs from member countries. European commission entrusted the ministers' committee with a special authorization within limits of human Right parts.
The members of European Human Rights committee only belong to the committee individually (Article32) and they are elected by ministers' committee in 6 year term(Article 21 and 22).
The committee has 2 week's meeting, 5 times a year. The number of members of European court corresponds to the number of European commission (Article 38).
Judicial officers are elected by general meeting of European commission for 9 year term (Article 40).
The Court is not an ordinary organization so it is convened when it is needed based on a presented lawsuit. Seven judges deliberate on a matter.
