International Europe Development of Human Rights in Europe
After European Convention on Human Rights was already submitted to European Commission to get the final approval in 1950, European Social Charter was signed on 18th October in 1961 and it came into force on 26th February in 1965. European Convention on Human Rights and Social Charter include a sequence of list on rights and management system that was formed quite insufficiently and did not show enough effects. European Social Charter deals with the Labor Right(Article 1), the Labor Condition and various rights(Article from 2 to 4 and from 7 to 11) related to job education. Article 5and 6 on European Social Charter ordain the freedom of solidarity and the group negotiation and the Social Rights on the Charter is related to social security and relief(Article from 12 to 17). The right of social standing for producing action in another regions was included in the Article 18 and 19 on European Social Charter. Based on the rights included in the European Social Charter, disadvantages related financial assistance for maternity for the foreign women in France were abolished and the money rose 80% of the whole wage in Italy. Island is the first country that allows married women to be civil servants, introducing legal Dismissal Notice in Advance system. However, they resigned or were dismissed with marriage on earlier occasions.
