The Niagara Movement, a black youth organization led by W. E. B. Du Bois, and a white organization sympathetic to the organization integrated into the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People [NAACP]. It is a multiracial organization designed both to guarantee human rights stipulated in the constitution to colored people including blacks and to improve their status. It denies Marxism and advocates parliamentary democracy and aims at guaranteeing colored people's human rights and cooperation between the whites and the blacks.
